1. Laughing is the best medicine.

Life is too short not to laugh often, and with friends. Belly laughs and tears are to be cherished.

2. I've worn the Green and Gold

I represented Australia at the World Triathlon championships in Mexico in 2016. It was AWESOME, excruciating, frustrating, amazing, exciting, and soooo Hot!

3. Heart of gold...

But this mouth!

On a good day I try to reign it in..? oh FFS who am I kidding!? lol

4. I am a dog person who now adores her cat!?

A little ginger cat has stolen my heart. I love her and from her hugs Im guessing its reciprocated.

5. I used to be a Park Ranger

My area covered the southern section of Wet Tropics WHA of Qld. I've trekked Hinchinbrook Island 3 times, and had a snake as a side kick!
